“Been banking here for years and years. They advertise their notary services, only to be told that the paperwork doesn't have the requirements and fields that THEY require. We have no control over what the paperwork does or does not include.
I wouldn't rely on them for services that you expect to be included in your banning experience. Don't be surprised if you're turned away.”
