“Yesterday I was on the phone with a good friend of mine. Who’s also a T-Mobile customer. He lives out towards Lake County so he went to a store in Eustis. He got a new phone so he needed his information transferred over and his new phone set up. He’s not the most up-to-date guy when it comes to technology if you know what So he needs assistance when he goes to places like that. He had let me know that the store and used to treated him terribly. He didn’t know his Apple ID and right then and there they had an attitude about it and also they told him that they couldn’t transfer information from one phone to another, which is completely untrue. He ended up, leaving their upset and unhappy. It was a waste of time. At that point I told him that I have been using the Tmobile store in the Victoria Plaza in Apopka for the longest time and the staff up there is always more than helpful the last time three months ago I got a new phone. I didn’t remember my Apple ID and I only need that they transferred all my stuff over and they made it a very positive experience. He went today and thanks to Natalia a young lady that worked there she made it look effortlessly and it was painless. She retrieved his Apple ID or password whatever it was she transferred all his data and he was so happy and he called me to tell me thank you for sending me to those people. Customer service over the last couple decades has suffered and when you have people like Natalia and the staff up at that store go above and beyond. It’s a breath of fresh air to know that there are still some people that appreciate you as a customer. I hope that people over this staff area manager’s district managers supervisors whoever check these reviews because this staff for the longest time has always done their job at a high level.”
“I just ordered and received a pair of KEF LSX II speakers. They were advertised as factory reconditioned and subject to small dings and scuffs. I was a bit skeptical but decided to order them because the price was great. The speakers arrived in their original factory packaging and looked brand new. There were absolutely no imperfections, and the speakers are great. I would not hesitate to purchase from Accessories4less in the future.”

“I’ve been to many 7-11’s and this location is one of the few that has the cleanest store and friendliest staff. There’s this one white kid with braces who is phenomenal with customer service always putting them first and always managing to keep the store looking 100% this employee goes out of his way to strike up a conversation with me the other day, he doesn’t know it, but that little interaction meant the world to me. Usually some people at this location just want you in and out, this kid makes you feel welcome, will definitely keep coming back. I congratulate this young man.”
“I’ve been going to this store for yrs. Ever since they had a change I can see a HUGE DIFFERENCE in the management and the employees customer service is awesome and the store manager went and looked in the cooler for a drink i wanted the old manager would’ve never done that. It’s nice to walk into 7-11 and the employees ain’t arguing and fighting with each other or a customer. I highly recommend 7-11 if you’re in the area of apopka it’s great”
