Madysen, who I just reviewed a week ago with a 5 star rating, along with Laney and Gen were simply brilliant and highly effective in helping to resolve a difficult problem pertaining to my phone's memory issues while transferring all of my files, photos, & videos from my old phone onto my new one. Each one of them was very knowledgeable and precise about the best protocol to solve my dilemma, individually and as a team. “It's the neighborhood store around here. Most customers are daily regulars so the place always has a familiar face to see. The employees are all nice and helpful. Minus 1 person, and everybody that shops there knows who she is. She could go choke on a bag of dirty diapers and honestly I doubt any of the customers would even care.”

“I had such a wonderful experience at this pawn store it was my first time ever trying to sell an item, and I was honestly a little nervous walking in. But the woman and man who helped me were absolutely phenomenal. They were incredibly understanding and patient, taking the time to walk me through the process without making me feel rushed or overwhelmed.
The lady was also from NY so she made me feel comfortable. Their energy was so positive and welcoming, and I truly felt like they cared about making sure I was comfortable and informed. I really appreciated the attention they gave me and the genuine kindness they showed throughout the entire interaction.
