“I had a great experience at Best Buy in Winter Garden thanks to Zane.
From the moment I walked in, he made me feel welcome and took the time to really understand what I needed. He helped me choose the right computer, assisted me with a return, and guided me through the purchase process without any pressure.
What stood out the most was his patience and knowledge. He went the extra mile to find me a better deal so I could get more value for my money, and you can tell he genuinely cares about helping the customer.
I work in sales myself, so I really appreciate when someone takes the time to do things right and puts the customer first. Zane is a great example of that.
Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. I truly hope he gets recognized for his work. Best Buy has a great employee on their team.
I would definitely come back to shop with him again and continue shopping at the Winter Garden location.”

“This store requires masks when you walk in, but you still have "those" people who will refuse. I felt bad for the staff tonight when a family of 4 w all walking around without them. The staff attempted multiple times to get them to put them on, but they kept refusing. The 5 stars tonight is for all of the staff who managed not to lose their cool in an impossible situation.This is the most convenient store for me. The prices are good, the options for the things I need or don't realize I need is also good. I'm rarely unable to find something, and if I can't it's easy enough to order it online.”
“A great little mini-target, right in the middle of all the flamingo crossings hotels. Great place to go if you need something quick and they also have liquor store. In addition, quite a nice selection of Disney t-shirts, souvenirs, etc”

“When I first walked in the place was packed, I thought it would be a long wait but it wasn’t. I was immediately greeted and checked in. I sat down to wait and not even ten minutes later Chris called my name. Chris has the best customer service personality. He was kind, helpful, and made the extremely stressful process easy. I have been a customer of Verizon for over a decade and he was the absolute best Verizon agent I’ve ever encountered. He should seriously be training others or at the very least recognized for the level of service he provides. I highly recommend this location.”
