“I came into the store and signed in. I just need a replacement remote that’s all. Just reach back into the cabinet and grab a new one. But with two sale associates dealing with other more complex issues no one can take 5 secs. To get one. This is ridiculous. I don’t want to cut in front of anyone who’s been waiting but just to get a new remote and have to wait this long is absurd! Also this is my second time coming into this same store to get another remote and a sales person just reached back and grabbed me a new one. Want that hard and nobody got upset”
