“I had an issue with my internet. It was slow and was beeping. I called my service provider, SmartCity, and they came right out. They serviced a battery component and swapped out another defective unit they found while doing diagnosing the problem. After that my speed was back to over 900kbps! I am very happy with SmartCity and Joe Mitchell, the technician that worked on my unit!”
“This five star review is solely because of Isaiah. This young man explored every option available with me regarding my daughter's phone (still under manufacturer's warranty.) Mind you, it was about 40 mins before the store's closure time. We never felt rushed by him. He made several calls to see what could be done, but ultimately I would have to get on the phone with T-Mobile customer support team, who had a two hours wait time lol yeahhhh not doing that. I'll be back tomorrow to buy a new phone with Isaiah. I've visited this location a few times over the years and it could be a hit or miss with the service. Today was a major HIT!”

“I had been receiving poor service from AT&T Mobility, who my family and I had been with for more than 2o years. I visited the Spectrum store on South OBT and met with Alberto and Tiffany, who were great. I decided to switch all of our cellular service to them, but first, I had to have my phones unlocked from AT&T. They were of little help and I finally escalated this to the Office of the President of AT&T, which wasn't much better. I ultimately returned with my family members to the Spectrum Store and Tiffany and Angel were kind, patient, and extremely helpful from start to finish. I'm SO glad that we found them and I highly recommend them.”
“I had the genuine opportunity to meet the manager, Angel after walking into the store with a major issue with a Vectra Verizon Store and customer service online. I had tried numerous times to resolve my issue with a cracked screen shield which I had a warranty.
I have been with Verizon since Cellular One. I am a longstanding customer and believe in top quality service with the premium price I pay each month.
Angel, the manager heard my frustration and jumped right in to assist me in resolving the issue.
Everyone by phone was not able to resolve the issue and I was connected with another representative about 6 times in a couple hours. Customer service by phone needs attention because this is what keeps customers.
I highly commend Angel, the Manager for the great professionalism, compassion and empathy he has for his customers. We need more Angels in the Verizon company worldwide. He has such a phenomenal presence and calms you when you are ready to depart the Verizon company.
