“I had an issue with my internet. It was slow and was beeping. I called my service provider, SmartCity, and they came right out. They serviced a battery component and swapped out another defective unit they found while doing diagnosing the problem. After that my speed was back to over 900kbps! I am very happy with SmartCity and Joe Mitchell, the technician that worked on my unit!”

I went in Hiawassee and old winter garden road store they doesn’t even help me with anything even though I purchased the phone over there. They gave me a very hard time and Iam so upset with it .”
“Amanda was the person that helped me and multiple other customers at the same time plus her coworkers with such multiple tasking skills and time management. If she’s not a manager already they should make her one because the level of customer service and people skills she has is amazing. She’s also super helpful and knowledgeable. She helped me upgrade from a iPhone 12 to the newest 17 for $500 off plus I finally switched my internet saving me another $25 a month. So thank you so much for all your help you guys were and are amazing!!”

I have been using T-Mobile since 1999. Regardless of having been introduced to many similar companies, I have always been loyal to T-Mobile, because regardless of the magnitude of the problem, there is ALWAYS a positive solution for both parties. Not only am I loyal to them but I also promote them both with my friends and with everyone I know. So much so that I even use their internet for my own business. Moral of the story, in this particular store absolutely all of their employees do their jobs not only professionally but effectively.
