“This five star review is solely because of Isaiah. This young man explored every option available with me regarding my daughter's phone (still under manufacturer's warranty.) Mind you, it was about 40 mins before the store's closure time. We never felt rushed by him. He made several calls to see what could be done, but ultimately I would have to get on the phone with T-Mobile customer support team, who had a two hours wait time lol yeahhhh not doing that. I'll be back tomorrow to buy a new phone with Isaiah. I've visited this location a few times over the years and it could be a hit or miss with the service. Today was a major HIT!”

“I want to start by highlighting what an exceptional experience I had with Hector O. Walking in on Saturday, I was met by a true professional who was grounded, approachable, and personable. After spending four frustrating hours at the Waterford corporate office last week with no resolution, Hector took care of our request in just ten minutes. Hector, I truly appreciate your outstanding customer service and the overall store experience. Keep up the great work, sir!”

“Excellent service from installation to reliability to even the straightforward online cancellation process I just spent a mere 5 minutes accomplishing via chat. Larger companies make you jump through unnecessary hoops but Summit Broadband makes things easy. A+++ I hope my next home has service available through them.”

“I walked in the boost store which was in 4061 LB McLeod road, I didn’t even buy the phone here , but the young lady named Teju, she took her time , she had a very big smile on her and she didn’t even complain once . I wish they give him a raise. If I know about this store before I would have come here at the first place . I am leaving the store with a huge smile on my face . I went in Hiawassee and old winter garden road store they doesn’t even help me with anything even though I purchased the phone over there. They gave me a very hard time and Iam so upset with it .”

She was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient, making the entire upgrade process quick and easy. She also took the time to review my account and provided additional information on benefits and options I wasn’t aware of, which I really appreciated. “I have had a very short tenure with Voice Onyx, but after the nightmare of phone service I have had the last 6 months with various other providers - Spectrum, SpectrumVOIP, RingCentral - I am glad I ended up here. It was simple for them to actually fit my needs and they were able to install the service in a jiffy using existing Polycom phones. And the best part of it all, no hidden fees or taxes, one simple transparent bill.”

“There's something special about everything that can be ordered off their menu. Handmade ice cream bars, blue cakes, mini cupcakes, magic dairy recipes, etc. Coming here is a privilege, but that's what it is. A privilege. Not a treat. An extravagance. I'll take Rite Aid ice cream over Milk any day. With a slice of humble pie.”
