“I walked into TMobile on Sunday as my phone was having mechanical issues. I had been paying for insurance on this phone for many years, so I wasn't looking for an upgrade. I was looking more to just get a replacement phone. I sat down and waited to be addressed, which took a few minutes, but they were busy so I was okay with scrolling instagram in the meantime. I was greeted by John. John was super nice, down to earth, but also knowledgeable and understanding of my situation. He apologized for the wait and went above and beyond to help me. He was patient, kind, and took matters into his own hands when dealing with customer service on the phone. Highly recommend this location and thanks, John, for an awesome experience!”

“What I can say about this T-Mobile store and any other T-Mobile store is that they do keep your security and your phone safety. They live by it. They will not do any changes, not even a minor small change to an account. If they do not have the pin from the actual user, a secret pin or if they have not added an authorized user and the authorize user for the account has to have a Florida ID passports as such to prove their identity. The price is speak for themselves. You can kind of look that up on Google and you know they tell you about all the plans and prices and everything. But what you can't find out is is the service good? Yes, every once in a while very rarely and it's only so when you call one person I've never had you know. Hey you're breaking up. I can't hear you. It's only when I call this one person that this happens so other than that I've been with them for for 5 plus years and I've never had a problem with the service. And as for the data and the internet, I have a plan with four other people and we share that data perfectly fine. What I do is this is something that is not told. But if you hook up your Wi-Fi too, your phone T-Mobile phone. Whenever you get home, you'll stop using your data and use free Wi-Fi so that helps save a lot of data between our family. So just a little tip as those are the main things. The as for the phones the quality of them you pay. You get what you pay for simple as that. You get what you pay for and if you're going to pay a lot. Your I guarantee that phone's going to last a long time and I recommend getting insurance if you get an expensive phone. Pay that extra insurance just in case your phone breaks or it gets lost or stolen. No problem. If you have insurance you get a brand new one again”

“I stopped here to get my prepaid label to return my trade in phone. Store manager Gina (beautiful woman with beautiful eyeglasses) greeted me right away (hint to other T-Mobile stores…) and she referred me to Foster. Foster took care of the paperwork and I was actually able to return the phone at the actual store. I asked about some recommendations on screen protectors and Foster informed me about lifetime replacement of them if you have their phone insurance. Gina even chimed in suggesting it is totally worth it since screen protectors get cracked and scratched all the time. Their insurance also includes Apple Care so it was a no brainer.I was happy with the costumer service I received from Gina and Foster. The vibe of the store is very inviting and organized. I will definitely come back if I ever need assistance or any help. Thank you guys!”

“So I ran into an issue with AT&T turning my phone off before certain dates and when that happened, I literally had to find a store to remedy the issue. With me being military, most of the guys I served with switched to Verizon for better service and coverage so why not? Issue was I went to the wrong store when I ported the phone numbers over. Buttttt the guys here took care of us and made sure we had service before we left the store. I recommend talking to Armando and Ricardo because they know they’re stuff. Thank you guys :).”

“Damaged my phone beyond repair. I called to see if I was due for an upgrade, not only did I need the new one but I hated the system the broken phone had. The woman on the phone was very thorough. She explained I could get a replacement shipped to me the next day, but it would push my upgrade date back 6mths. But if I could wait the 5 days until the upgrade, I would be good to go. I waited the few days to get the upgrade and was in and out of the store within an hour.”
