“Had to palletize & ship a whole Ice Cream Store from Orlando to Tucson. These guys palletized everything in less than a day & not even 5 days later we received the shipment in Tucson. All of the fragile & delicate assets were palletized so well & so cleanly & everything arrived in pristine conditions. Definitely would recommend these guys! 10/10!! “Ok, so I’ve been coming here for a few years and everyone is always so quick to help me and so often goes the extra mile.
There have been a couple instances where a package was dropped off for me and we weren’t able to locate it on pickup. In the very few times this has happened (I get several packages a week) the issue has been escalated quickly and the staff seems to dive in by checking cameras, notices, and truly seems to care and want to help.
Most recently, I have no idea how, but Christian actually recovered the package by working actual magic and called to let me know he was holding it for me to pick up. This absolutely saved me.”
