“Fenders typically has everything you could need and then some. I’ve often found tiny or odd parts here that no one else stocks. Prices aren’t always the lowest, but I don’t mind because the service is excellent and they stand behind their products. They’ve often helped me out in a pinch. Good business.”

“This dealership had a vehicle I was interested in, but was ~100 miles away. I didnt want to drive that far to kick tires or perhaps not reach an acceptable deal. I worked with Scott (salesman) over the phone/email to get needed information and eventually reach a deal. I was left to then drive down and look at the car in person and confirm all was acceptable. Upon moving forward, the people at the dealership were all nice and helpful. Strangely enough, the financing guru at the dealership (Jerry) was the stand out staff in my opinion. While I only had a limited time interaction with him to sign paper work, his ongoing support after closing the deal really made a difference! I had another ~10 email request of Jerry and he was there to quickly help with each one. Im very appreciative of his help and the dealership as a whole. Long live Jerry... (and Scott)!!! I will certainly consider Desoto Ford in my next vehicle purchase.

“I went here because of the reviews and although I read them, very seldom do I leave them. AAA towed me there and the boy who's company is a AAA contractor wasn't up to AAA standards. Gator Tire needed to order my tires and they took over where AAA was having a hissy fit and told him to drop my car and they would take care of things and they did. My spare wouldn't hold air I already knew and they saw why, the rim was busted all up on the inside, I never saw that. They did as they promised, put their own spare on to get me home and the tires came in the following day.”
