“Every. Single. Time. I come in I am greeted by the lady at the register. I wish I would’ve gotten her name because she is an angel and I look forward just to her saying hey! Her customer service is beyond any expectations I could ever exceed, and I work in customer service. She deserves a raise and if I could give her more than 5 stars I would. She is a great asset to have to any company and I look forward to any encounters I have in the near future!! I don’t have enough words to compliment her sweet self. That girl deserves a raise. I also observed two other managers(I think) working hard together showing team work and great communication.”

“Update: I'm changing my rating from 2 stars to 5 stars. Thankfully, you no longer have to pay to use a grocery cart, but you do still bag your own groceries, which I'm okay with. I don't see the store owners anymore when I go there. The staff who actually work there are cordial enough, which is also okay because I don't go in to make friends anyway. When I'm spending my money and supporting a business, it's just common courtesy for them to at least be pleasant, and the personnel that I've interacted with recently are . The quality of the meats had improved the last time I was in there also. I was pleasantly surprised by the prices of some of the meats. If you look around, you can find some good bargains on meats, though you might have to cut off some of the fat on the pork. I like to cook my meats with the fat on for more umami flavor and cut it off just before eating it. But if you like less fat, you can get the higher price per pound variety of meat, which is also available. I was also pleasantly surprised to see the variety of herbs, peppers, and fruits. And they looked as good as those in some of the more high-end grocery stores. Overall, I was very satisfied with my shopping experience this time.------Original: You have to bag your own groceries and you have to pay to use a grocery cart. The meats are not always the freshest, very few brand name merchandise, and the prices aren't any better than the large supermarkets. The owners are not friendly either. In fact, they don't even acknowledge your presence in their store. Not once have they even said hello, thank you , or have a good day--not even during check out. They won't even look at you when you're standing right in front of them as they scan your groceries! When you say "Thank you," don't expect a reply even then. I've scaled down to using the store occasionally for the convenience of it being located on my way home. I now do the bulk of my shopping elsewhere.”

“I live right around the corner and although there are a select few that work there that have come and gone, or I hope they are gone soon but there are a few member's that really do not get the notoriety that she deserves. To be honest with you, I do not know her name, and she has been there forever and a day! She is the most sweetest, genuine person they have there and I'm don't feel like she is appreciated enough. She is always there, always kind, always moving. If they don't have her stuck at the front tending the register she is stocking, and facing products, ALWAYS! And what I appreciate about her is she does her job and does it with a nice attitude. There are managers that work there that gripe and complain about everything under the sun including their jobs, while on the clock. There is one in particular that complains EVERYTIME I walk in the door, he is whining about something, or someone and nobody wants to hear negativity every time I walk in a store. I will say I absolutely LOVE the new store manager, Leah I believe her name is not the red head but the brown curly hair with glasses, she is exceptional, and does her job very well. She knows her customers by name, and makes sure we get what we need. But the black lady, I was speaking about is very very very good at her job and I feel like without her there all this time, u would have lost a lot of customers of it not for her believe me when I tell your she is an asset to your team of employees and she needs to be noticed by someone other than myself.”

“Since the new store manager (Amanda) has taken over the store in the last year and a 1/2 it's been a pleasant experience to shop there. I do have to say the Employees for the most part are very courteous. I will say they have the worst district manager of all times The district manager does not seem like a pleasant guy at all he seems like a real jackass I witnessed him Belittling the manager and employees At the store and I shop there all the time I live right across the street that is my go to store for everything If they were to get a new district manager It would be more pleasurable to shop there. The nice manager lady was very helpful . I believe some lady named Andrea was also very helpful. They need a new district manager because this guy is like I said,not a very pleasant person.”

“This is a more proper review, sorry for the original..I like to shop here because the prices are good. About the only thing I can suggest is that if you're getting meat to either freeze or cook it right away!! Don't keep it in the fridge unless already cooked. Other than that, yes this store is always stocked and the employees are very friendly!!”

“My experience has been generally very good at this Sam's club. The staff are friendly, the store is clean, and the gas lines are fairly efficient. Gas prices are consistently 3 - 10 cents cheaper per gallon. Additionally, you can't go wrong with grabbing one of their rotisserie chickens or eating from their mini food court area. The experience with their tire and battery service area is relatively mixed. They ultimately helped me replace a tire, but I felt like they wanted me to leave and were dissuading me from using their service. This would be my main reservation, and reason for rating this Sam's Club a 4 instead of a 5. The Sam's club membership is an overall great value for people who prefer to purchase in bulk for a savings.”

“This is a great location it is generally always fully stocked and I rarely go in and can't find the item I was looking for. Plus I love seeing the new stock that has come in. You can even order online if you don't find what you're looking for and they'll deliver it to the store for you.”
