The difference in service and how much easier it is to work with BB&T is astonishing. BB&T really wants to help their customer, other banks, not so much. Sometimes it's something the branch can't do, but I found even the customer service 800 line good to work with. Overall, I'm really happy with the staff and the service at BB&T.
