“I couldnt recommend this shop more! I had a unique issue with a burnt out power relay switch on an electric board for my dryer. I brought in the new switch and board and asked if the old switch could be desoldered and new one soldered in place. This was one of the only shops in town that didnt deem my issue to be too small for them. Because of their generosity I have a working dryer and saved me from having to purchase a new one. Thank you”

“When I walked in for an appraisal/purchase of a new laptop, I was quoted a 40 min wait by the front employee who checks people in. This store is extremely busy, because it’s the only official Apple store in the area and areas around Jacksonville. Luckily I didn’t wait 40 mins, I think I only waited 5 mins. Ms. Linda helped me and was very patient, gentle, and informative. I was in and out within 15 mins. So this review is really for her, and her kind and helpful service. Thanks again!”
