Edit: Things here have improved. I still can't consider this anything approaching a flawless experience but when I asked to speak to a manager I felt like I was heard and understood even if they aren't strictly speaking capable of servicing me in the way that I think is reasonable or would prefer.

Tavis ( hope im spelling that right sorry) was extremely helpful and kind! We had a really rough day dealing with phone not being able to stay on and he was so calm and walked us through the steps with ease! Truly the best customer service ive experienced <3
