I have been mattress shopping for the past three months and I can honestly say I have never had a sales person who was truly committed to helping the customer find the appropriate bed until today with Bryant.Highly skilled at assessing his customer, Bryant asked a series open-ended questions before he began showing the various beds available. This demonstrated to me that he wanted to find the appropriate bed rather than make a sale or just push the high-end mattress on his customer.Bryant truly is great role model for his team as he demonstrated by his selection of the bed, the best one suited for my needs.
