On a side note the delivery guy left a lot to be desired. The first day was supposed to be 3-6 and he was going to try and come at 7:30 when he called me at 6. The second day I scheduled 3-6 he showed up at 10 after 6 but the fridge I bought with only dents now has deep scratches. One on the door and some on the side. And it was $130 to have it delivered.”

“My initial sales rep was Yohana who was so nice and knowledgeable. He helped me pick my mattress and everything was a breeze. Natasha was there also and they both made a stressful time in my life a little lighter with jokes and laughter.
Once I left the store, I went other places as the reviews for the mattress I chose were not the best. I called the next day to cancel my order as I felt horrible and did not want to go back in the store to face Yohana. I ended up speaking with Rod who ultimately invited me back to the store to show another option in an attempt to keep me as their customer.
Upon arrival Natasha remembered me from the day before and gave the warmest greeting. Rod then educated me on the the different mattresses and helped me understand the reviews were not even for a mattress they carry. (I was going by the brand name.) Rod made things right by making me an offer I couldn't refuse!
The staff members here are EXCEPTIONAL and truly work to earn your business which is an art that is fading. I highly recommend going to see Yohana, Natasha, or Rod. They will definitely help you to find your best sleep!”

“My 3 daughters are in their 30's now and in 1993 I purchased their bunkbed at the Factory Mattress Outlet. As we moved to Georgia it stayed sturdy. When we moved back to Jacksonville, FL in 2001 it held up. We purchased 2 new mattresses at the Factory Mattress Outlet, then my daughter's started graduating from Ed White H.S, obtaining their FSCJ GED and one N.C. GED. They started their own families. My oldest grandson inherited the bunkbed in 2013. I look forward to purchasing another one there soon as the grandkids keep need a good bunkbed. I'm sure the Greatgrandkids to come, will inherent that too in the next 5 to 10 years. ?”
