Been here 13 months. The staff is quick to reply, maintenance is almost always same-day (impressive). Everything works, quiet and peaceful. Nice complex.

The move in to seaside apartments was great, specifically with the help from the property manager Michael. He was very helpful with the virtual tour along with getting me everything I needed to apply and then move in. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a new place to live.
