Otter Run Apartments is an older, affordable complex. The apartments are bigger than most and the location is beautiful, with huge gorgeous oak trees and well-kept grounds. The office staff and management are excellent, going the extra mile to ensure residents are comfortable, safe, and welcome. Maintenance is dedicated, prompt, and skilled, fixing items quickly. The complex provides pest control, light bulbs, and AC filters at no charge. The well-being of residents is taken seriously, with a watchful eye on children. The pool area is beautiful and the community is comfortable, with great neighbors and minimal noise.

Excellent manager and secretary who have gone that extra mile to see that I am comfortable and safe. Dedicated and prompt maintenance staff who are skilled as well as polite.
