Yes, the community is older, but the property manager, Cheyenne, does an incredible job bringing out the best in it through thoughtful renovations and attention to detail.

One thing that really stood out to me happened before I moved in. During my tour, I noticed the apartment had a strong incense smell. It didn’t bother me enough to complain. I just mentioned it as an observation. To my surprise, the team actually investigated the cause, resolved the issue, and by the time I moved in, the smell was completely gone. That level of proactivity meant a lot to me. They didn’t wait for me to make it a problem, they took ownership and fixed it anyway.

Another reason I felt confident returning is the maintenance team. During my previous time living here, they were always on top of everything. They’re hardworking, honest, and always greet you with a smile and a friendly hello. Those little interactions make a big difference. It genuinely feels like you’re living in a community, not just in an apartment complex where you’re another resident on a spreadsheet.

To me, that’s what truly matters when choosing a place to live. Luxury finishes, incentives, and amenities are nice, but the office staff and maintenance team make all the difference. Are they responsive when something comes up? Do they take initiative to prevent issues before they become problems? That takes genuine care and strong leadership.

From my experience so far, 33 East is led by an exceptional team. Cheyenne has created a culture of excellence, and Adrianna and Roger have been wonderful to work with as well. It’s clear they care about their residents and take pride in the community.

“The maintenance team has some real stars. Hary came and fixed my garbage disposal the day after Christmas and did so in under 24 hours of me requesting the service.

He was quick, efficient, and polite. We often chat in passing, so it's like having a family friend helping out.

“We had a difficult job. He took it and continued even though it didn’t go easily. We needed to pick the vehicle up and load it onto the deck of a flatbed semi trailer for transport. I would recommend this service to anyone who needs to have their car towed! Most tow jobs are much simpler than this and if you want good care taken of your car use this one! Very prompt, efficient, and friendly!”

“I’m not sure of his name but the maintenance guy is amazing!!!! He was so professional and even went the extra EXTRA mile to make the least amount of noise possible while I worked. Incredibly careful when moving my belongings out of his way. Super super sweet with my dog. Honestly I am so happy with the level Of professionalism and care. I have been here for two years and honestly this is the best maintenance crew we’ve had.The girls are the office are amazing! Always super helpful and caring. The place is always. Clean . “WE LOVE OTTER RUN! It’s an older complex which is why I believe it’s so affordable to live here. There’s nothing wrong with it being an older apartment complex because when things break the maintenance staff is amazing and comes and fixes it as soon as they possibly can depending on severity. The complex pays for pest control to come once a month and spray your apartment, which is amazing because I am terrified of bugs! The office staff is my favorite. Hidie and Karen are the best and Dave, the maintenance guy is my dog’s #1 best friend (Dave carries around dog treats). If you’re looking for a community and a place where you feel comfortable and welcome this is definitely the place for you. We have been here for almost 2 years, we love it.”

“This Point of Tamaya is so updated inside and out! The cabinets and island in the kitchen are unmatched. From the very beginning Riley and her team have been incredibly professional, attentive, and genuinely caring. They go above and beyond to make residents feel welcomed and supported, and it really shows in everything they do. Any questions or concerns are handled quickly and with such a positive helpful attitude. The community itself is beautiful, well-maintained and feels like home. “Since India has taken over as property manager, the entire community has transformed for the better. She is consistently present, professional, and hands-on. You can always find her in the office, ready to help and willing to address concerns immediately. Not all of the residents like the changes but we needed them.

What stands out the most is the structure she has brought to the property. There is clear organization, communication, and accountability now. Things are being handled efficiently, the grounds are maintained, trash is managed properly, and there is a renewed sense of order throughout the community.

India genuinely cares about the residents and it shows in her leadership. She has stepped into a challenging environment and created stability and direction. We finally feel like we have strong management that is focused on long-term improvement.”

“I transferred from Galleria Club last Monday after having lived there for 8 years. I must say I was on edge about making sure I wasn’t treated unfairly with regard to the move out fees based on the reviews. I can now say that I had a wonderful experience working with the property manager Christine. Despite pushback and countering feedback, I feel like Christine advocated for me and ensured that I had a smooth transfer. I really appreciate all that she did and I am thankful that she personally took charge of my transfer. Overall, I have had a wonderful experience living at Galleria Club. I would say that no property management is perfect so I definitely had a few instances of communication failures but in the end it was always resolved. Being that I lived there for 8 years none of those moments tarnished my experience. So far I have had a wonderful experience with most of the Fort Family staff and I hope this remains true. Overall, I would recommend living here. The maintenance team is amazing and the property is well kept. Thank you again Christine for all of your help!”

“Moving in was a breeze. Victoria Miller and Anna Perkins were very responsive and persistent on updating us on the status of our move in. When I read the negative reviews about this place they all seem to complain about THEIR NEIGHBORS and not the actual apartment complex. This complex is equipped with your standard appliances, which is fine. The bedroom is carpeted which is awesome and the floors are very nice. I saw other reviews about being able to hear upstairs neighbors, which I can understand because when I walk around I feel like I'm making booming noise beneath my feet. Other than that everything works perfect and the amenities are CLEAN and easy to access.”
