The staff, including Cassie, Nat, Sara, T, and Jasmine, were also super at keeping me informed of our cat’s progress and allowing me to briefly peek in on her. “Words can never express how amazing Dr November is. When our 2 year old cat was diagnosed with what we suspected to be cancer Dr November was always there for us. She would take all my phone calls and respected my choices along the way. Last night we said goodbye to our baby girl Salem. Dr Novemberwent went above and beyond yet again. I have never seen a vet euthanize so peacefully and respectfully. It was like Salem was sleeping. Dr November never left our side when we asked if she could stay. While we grieved. She came back multiple times reassuring us we did the right thing. She even gave me a hug and walked us out. I have never grieved that hard in my life. Idk what I would've done without her. This place is magical and I will always hold them dear in my heart. Fly high baby girl. We love and miss you.”

“We had dental work done on our cat Simon. 8 teeth removed. I was nervous because Simon is my baby and had a cough but they assured me that he was in good hands and he was. We went to the beach office. We originally had an appointment 2 months away but thankfully we got on the cancellation list and got in 2 months earlier. Simon has always been a very happy, very cuddly cat but I think he's even more happier and it seems even more cuddley now that his bad teeth are gone.During his first visit/checkup they noticed an error the previous clinic missed and updated his meds and they also treated his ear with something that worked. He's always had itchy ears and none of the other meds from any of the previous clinics worked successfully.”

“The staff here are beyond fantastic. They’re so patient and fun to work with.My 7year old dog with hip dysplasia had an appointment biweekly for 7 months. I’ve moved & haven’t rescheduled in 6 months and thus noticed the decline in my pup since my last appointment. It is an expensive program, but equally so beneficial. The staff is dedicated to your pup, and seeing that they get better. I don’t have any specialized vets in my area that focus on getting stronger rather than gabapentin or surgery and I’m hoping to reschedule soon.”

Dr. Darnell has always gone above and beyond, explaining the science in a way we understand - even drawing a graph of Parvo immunity when discussing immunization efficacy! She has also texted us multiple times to follow-up after a visit.We had one issue where our puppy needed to go to an emergency vet after a seizure, and as soon as Dr. Darnell found out from the emergency vet requesting medical records, she reached out to us to make sure everything was okay and asking if there was anything they could do. They've been an invaluable part of our puppy's life and we would recommend them to anyone!”

“Brought our King Charles Cavalier in because she seemed to be in pain, something just seemed "off," and honestly I felt a bit like a crazy dog mom. They got us in within an hour of my call! Entire staff was very compassionate and nice. Turns out our baby has painful hip dysplasia, which isn't at all what I was expecting. Dr. Kempf was so kind and compassionate with us, carefully went over X-rays and diagnosis, and made sure we had a treatment plan including referral to orthopedics when we left. Thanks to her care our pup is clearly feeling better, even though I'm still nervous about things long term, and not sure what next steps will be. So thankful to this wonderful team for their compassion and patience. They were so kind to my dog! (And have been kind enough to answer my follow up questions). Were also incredible in helping our Great Pyrenees when she developed seizures and she's now been seizure-free for months. They are affordable and fair and their documentation has been solid for our pet insurance claims as well. Trust these guys with your fur babies!”

“Very professional and knowledgeable. Fair and unlike most vets reasonable.A few years back my cat Hunter was having issues urinating. Quickly became septic and was dieing fast. In extreme pain I drove him around and heard vets tell me they wanted anywhere from 1800-2500 just to start. They knew he needed a catheter and antibiotics but suggested surgery first and expensive tests or just to put him down.Nearly 5pm at this point I had spent 4 hours with no luck as he was slowly passing I contemplated putting him down. My last option was hidden hills animal hospital. They without asking for money upfront took him and immediately gave him a catheter and antibiotics, kept him for a day or two and gave him back. I didn't deserve how I was treated that day and thank them for the extreme measure of grace I was given.Most grateful, Aaron”
