“We absolutely love VCA as our primary vet. Everyone is very friendly and take great care of our dog (who is a frequent flyer because he has no sense of self-preservation.) Dr. Darnell has always gone above and beyond, explaining the science in a way we understand - even drawing a graph of Parvo immunity when discussing immunization efficacy! She has also texted us multiple times to follow-up after a visit.We had one issue where our puppy needed to go to an emergency vet after a seizure, and as soon as Dr. Darnell found out from the emergency vet requesting medical records, she reached out to us to make sure everything was okay and asking if there was anything they could do. They've been an invaluable part of our puppy's life and we would recommend them to anyone!”

“I found a very friendly dog running loose in our neighborhood and brought him in to see if he had a microchip. Jessie at the front desk was absolutely amazing. The dog did have a chip but unfortunately no owner info registered to it. Jessie didn't stop there. She was incredibly patient and caring as she continued to help me figure out how to get this sweet dog back to his family. She went above and beyond calling the microchip company until they were eventually able to locate the owner. It turned out the family had just moved to the area and had been searching for him for over an hour. Thanks to Jessie's persistence and genuine concern, he was reunited with his family. I'm so grateful for her help and kindness. Animal Care of Ponte Vedra is very lucky to have her.”
