“We had dental work done on our cat Simon. 8 teeth removed. I was nervous because Simon is my baby and had a cough but they assured me that he was in good hands and he was. We went to the beach office. We originally had an appointment 2 months away but thankfully we got on the cancellation list and got in 2 months earlier. Simon has always been a very happy, very cuddly cat but I think he's even more happier and it seems even more cuddley now that his bad teeth are gone.During his first visit/checkup they noticed an error the previous clinic missed and updated his meds and they also treated his ear with something that worked. He's always had itchy ears and none of the other meds from any of the previous clinics worked successfully.”

“The staff here are beyond fantastic. They’re so patient and fun to work with.My 7year old dog with hip dysplasia had an appointment biweekly for 7 months. I’ve moved & haven’t rescheduled in 6 months and thus noticed the decline in my pup since my last appointment. It is an expensive program, but equally so beneficial. The staff is dedicated to your pup, and seeing that they get better. I don’t have any specialized vets in my area that focus on getting stronger rather than gabapentin or surgery and I’m hoping to reschedule soon.”

“Brought our King Charles Cavalier in because she seemed to be in pain, something just seemed "off," and honestly I felt a bit like a crazy dog mom. They got us in within an hour of my call! Entire staff was very compassionate and nice. Turns out our baby has painful hip dysplasia, which isn't at all what I was expecting. Dr. Kempf was so kind and compassionate with us, carefully went over X-rays and diagnosis, and made sure we had a treatment plan including referral to orthopedics when we left. Thanks to her care our pup is clearly feeling better, even though I'm still nervous about things long term, and not sure what next steps will be. So thankful to this wonderful team for their compassion and patience. They were so kind to my dog! (And have been kind enough to answer my follow up questions). Were also incredible in helping our Great Pyrenees when she developed seizures and she's now been seizure-free for months. They are affordable and fair and their documentation has been solid for our pet insurance claims as well. Trust these guys with your fur babies!”
