“I go here they carry a soft drink ale8 it's a KY thing and it's not national brand but they have it although they do price it kind of high since they know KY people will pay the price think they would lower it some in KY we pay about 16 dollars for 24 bottles here they hit us at 40 dollars a case a little more than they should but they got it and I have to have it it's a hillbilly thing”

“I go there all the time for my ice to fill up a very small cooler they give it to me for free I am handicapped walking in and out of the store for me sometimes it's painful not because I can't get in or out just because it hurts me when they see me coming they always have someone come from the back to help me they see me out there trying to pump my gas somehow they see me and they have come out to help me then to I love that store but they're kind and consideration of human beings especially the ones with the disabilities it means a lot way to go race track on 92 customer forever.”

“Very nice staff. I got upset as a customer and they handled the situation very well. I walk there for snacks and they do their best on prices. They accept pennies. If it’s alot you might get turned away if it’s not rolled but they accepted my pennies. This is my way of apologizing and saying thanks because clients can be difficult to deal with & today I was not a happy customer when I walked in but ultimately I left satisfied.”

“I live just a couple of blocks away so this store is super convenient for me, because I don’t drive. It is an older store but the employees do a great job of keeping it clean and orderly, they’re always polite as well.
HOWEVER. This Shell station is *NOT*, as Google advertises, open 24hrs. The screenshots on this review show that Google even states that the business confirmed their hours are correct as recently as two weeks ago.
Additionally if you read through the rest of the reviews here, there are numerous others regarding this same issue, along with “Shell Customer Care” responding to say they “take these reviews very seriously,” and that they will follow up with the store owner to resolve the problem… and some of those appear to be from over a year ago, if not longer.
So I guess my question is… what is so difficult about making sure the correct hours of business for your establishment are advertised online? ?”
