“Kelsey, is the best manager employee ever! After numerous failed attempts with online techs, nothing worked. Over and over i had no luck getting the service transfered from tmobile to Boost. This has been going on since 5-15-26. Today I went to the Boost store in Auburndale Fl. Kelsey had my phone working perfectly. She did it in less then 2 minutes. Give this woman a BIG raise! If I didnt get this problem, I solved, I would have dumped your service asap! You are so very lucky to have a manager as knowledgeable as Kelsey!”

“I had a great experience at Cricket Wireless, thanks to Danielle. She was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. Danielle took the time to explain my options clearly and made sure I got exactly what I needed without feeling rushed. Her customer service was excellent, and she made the whole process easy and stress-free. I highly recommend asking for Danielle if you visit this location.”
