They have 4 people at counter and still had to wait for someone who wasn't doing anything in the first place to check-in with

Very busy and waited quite awhile to be seen after signing in. Schedule an appointment and I'm sure it will go faster. Staff was friendly, 6 work stations and all but 1 had someone working.

Stephan at the Auburndale store is great! Acknowledged me before I could even enter my language preference into the tablet at the front door. Efficient, professional, helpful and friendly. Everything customer service should be.
