“This is not a corporate Verizon store However it is an exceptionally good store The employees are very friendly they go the extra mile without making you feel like you are taking up their time I'm big on customer service and I consider this a plus They open door and greet the customers at the door and when it's time to leave they open the door again for the customer.”
“I live in Indian Lake Estates where we only have Frontier (Verizon) DSL as our internet provider. The circuits have been full for years and the system is in dire need of upgrading as we could only get about 2MB/.5MB speeds. This company started servicing me and my in-laws over year ago. It has been exemplary service for what it is. There tech support is great and responds quickly at all times. My only caution to them is, with Starlink coming to Florida this year boasting much higher speeds and comparable latency, they may need to reevaluate their pricing structure as it can be expensive by comparison. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.”
“Super helpful staff, way more helpful than online support. This is one of the only “corporate” stores in the area. Avoid the other non-corporate ones for orders and such. They will play games with you and leave you high and dry. It is pretty busy here so do be patient with them, but otherwise solid store with solid staff. Now if only the online chat support could learn a thing or two from these guys ??”
