Apple Aventura provides the full Apple experience for shopping Mac, iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch and more, offering Today at Apple programmes and Genius Bar support. The store itself is beautiful and specious in design, though it can feel overwhelming with the amount of people. Staff members are generally very helpful, professional, kind, patient, and know the products well, with service that can impress and get issues fixed quickly. However, the experience with staff is not always that good, sometimes leaving a lot to be desired, with waits for appointments and occasional poor advice. Valet service is available. It is recommended to order ahead, try the product, and return it if needed.
Quick service despite the location always being packed. I live closer to the Brickell store but like this location more. Jordan checked us out during our purchase and he was really kind and helpful.

Had to visit today for the Genius Bar. Victoria helped me and took excellent care to make sure I had all of the information I needed to get my phone working as it should ! Thanks Victoria @ Apple Aventura ! You made customer service seem easier today.
