“A large car rental company, (I won't name), at Ft Lauderdale Airport, gave away the rental car we reserved, , and there were no rentals available! We had to take a taxi to our hotel. The following morning, I called a few local car rental companies in Hollywood, one of which was Autocarma. They did not have the size car we were looking for, but within the hour, they texted me back to advise me that one had just been returned. I was so impressed with that level of customer service! The car was great. We highly recommend Autocarma and would definitely use them again!”

“Hello, I liked it, it was good, except that the car I rented in Miami, when driving after 40 miles, the steering vibrated a lot, today I am with the car I rented in Orlando and when I get the car from 60 miles, the same thing happens, the steering vibrates but less than The Miami car, I think they should review the mechanical part (suspension) of the cars, otherwise it is very good so far.”

“We rented a car long term for work and we got a very nice blue Nissan Sentra for a very reasonable price. The rental itself took less than 10 minutes and could not be easier.
We had a small problem with it after a month of rental and the manager came himself right away and helped us to bring the car to the mechanic and the issue was very quickly resolved. We extended our rental now and very happy with it.
Great service, very good attitude and always helpful and being in touch if something is needed. Highly recommend if you don’t want to deal with all the nonsense of regular car rental companies.”
“Progressive Insurance sent me to Enterprise. They do not entertain you over phone (long waits) and most times don't even pick up the phone. So just go there. The wait time to get the car was VERY long but Que and Rosa helped me expedite. The staff is very polite. Car was great. The return was smooth with Max and Zubair even arranged a return ride for me within few minutes. Miguel dropped me back quickly (it was Saturday and they were not crowded). Great service, great team, just be patient with waiting.”

His staff was attentive and Carlos personally greeted me to deliver the vehicle.Car: vehicle quality was solid, keep in mind it’s a rental but damn she was a beautiful car and overall great.Carlos: the man know how’s to deliver quality service to high end customers. He was flexible on timing, let me extend for additional funds and even when I was slightly late he was fair with me.Missed items: I forgot a few hats in the car from f1 weekend for my kids, he was kind enough to ship them to my home!Dude if you’re going to rent a car.
