“I was looking for a pair of barrel leg jeans. The manager, Denir assisted me quickly and professionally. I determined that I needed a smaller size and he located them and gave them to me. The fit and quality of fabric, design, and construction are far above what the price of $23.99 from $39.99 is truly a find. At the register I asked if there was also a wide leg jeans in short. It was not available in the store, Gisela said she could order them and did with much courtesy. At $24.49 from $34.49. I hope these work for me too! I had not been ito the store for many years. The quality and basic styling was not for me then; but they had great kid's clothes for my grandchildren. I cannot get over the store (which is being renovated but doesn't interfere with ease of shopping. The associates are very helpful. Most of all I'm am impressed with fashion designs, fit and quality!”
“Stopped by Banana Republic at Aventura Mall this morning to return two pairs of earrings I bought online—straight from the gym and very much not put together. Met Colette, who was lovely and professional and immediately made the experience easy. Instead of returning the earrings, I swapped them for a necklace she recommended and I loved.
Turned out my original purchase was from Banana Republic Factory, which is a lower tear of BR, but the team handled it smoothly. The store looked impeccable, and the new collection feels elevated and great value for the money. Definitely coming back soon for a few spring outfits.??:)”

But, if you purchase at the store (drive, park, walk took 1 hour on top of shopping) and need to exchange for a different size, you need to go back. Ugh. Wish I could return online. Can’t win.”
“I am not one to leave reviews, however, I haven't had an in-store experience like the one I had yesterday in years. Christelle was extremely patient, kind, and professional. She is knowledgeable with the merchandise at hand and sizing, she even went above and beyond to find in-store and online alternatives without me asking her to do so for my partner and I. Christelle even was so kind to inform me as to the discounts and offers Zumiez had available while checking out and even signed my partner and I up to Zumiez' loyalty program. Luke was also very patient, courteous, and professional. While Christelle was busy Luke approached me to further assist and made sure a fitting room was readily available. I will definitely be going back to Zumiez after this experience and will recommend others to do so.”

“I’m not usually someone who writes reviews, but this one is well deserved. I would like to give a shoutout to the associate “AJ.” I recently had to purchase an entirely new wardrobe after a health diagnosis caused me to gain weight and go up a few sizes. It has been a difficult adjustment, and I’ve been very self conscious. Because of that, shopping in person has been something I’ve avoided for the past few months. The moment I walked into this location, AJ greeted me with a smile, let me know she was available if I needed any assistance, and pointed out several promotions happening throughout the store. The one that stood out most was the $10 off your first $40 purchase when signing up for the loyalty program.After browsing for a while, I grabbed several pairs of jeans—and I’ll be honest—my hands were completely full. AJ noticed and brought me a shopping bag without me even having to ask. I really appreciated that level of attentiveness. When I asked where the fitting rooms were, she didn’t simply point in the direction, but she personally walked me over. On the way, we talked about the jeans I had selected. She explained that they were adjustable at the waist, allowing me to wear them more fitted or looser depending on how I wanted them to fit. I appreciated that advice because jeans are expensive these days, and knowing I could style them in different ways made the purchase feel better because I knew I was getting my money’s worth. Once we reached the fitting room she explained that if I needed anything I could simply press the assistance button and an associate would come help. After trying everything on none of the jeans fit. I was honestly embarrassed. I pressed the assistance button and instead of making me feel uncomfortable /judged, AJ made the experience completely stress-free. She brought me several different sizes and reassured me that finding the right fit sometimes takes a few tries, and never once made me feel like I was inconveniencing her.
By the time I left I walked out not only with jeans that fit, but with a little more confidence than I had when I walked in. Thank you AJ for treating me with such kindness and respect. Associates like you are the reason customers return.”

“I live near to Sawgrass store. Thanks to Mike, I got to know your brand and I honestly love it, That day I went in just to look around, and I ended up buying clothes for myself and my two kids. Unfortunately, I hadn’t come back because Mike wasn’t there and the new staff treated customers very poorly— I could walk into the store, look around the entire place, and not even get a hello.
Today, while walking through Aventura Mall, I saw Mike at the Mania store, and it was impossible not to buy something. If I ever have a company of my own, I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to offer him whatever he asked to be part of my team. He is an incredible salesperson.
