“I was looking for a pair of barrel leg jeans. The manager, Denir assisted me quickly and professionally. I determined that I needed a smaller size and he located them and gave them to me. The fit and quality of fabric, design, and construction are far above what the price of $23.99 from $39.99 is truly a find. At the register I asked if there was also a wide leg jeans in short. It was not available in the store, Gisela said she could order them and did with much courtesy. At $24.49 from $34.49. I hope these work for me too! I had not been ito the store for many years. The quality and basic styling was not for me then; but they had great kid's clothes for my grandchildren. I cannot get over the store (which is being renovated but doesn't interfere with ease of shopping. The associates are very helpful. Most of all I'm am impressed with fashion designs, fit and quality!”

“Stopped by Banana Republic at Aventura Mall this morning to return two pairs of earrings I bought online—straight from the gym and very much not put together. Met Colette, who was lovely and professional and immediately made the experience easy. Instead of returning the earrings, I swapped them for a necklace she recommended and I loved.
Turned out my original purchase was from Banana Republic Factory, which is a lower tear of BR, but the team handled it smoothly. The store looked impeccable, and the new collection feels elevated and great value for the money. Definitely coming back soon for a few spring outfits.??:)”

It was my Doughters sweet 16 birthday and and she heard about the new Jelly beach line but did launch till 3 days after her birthday 🎈🎂... He stayed in touch with me for 1 week till the were launched today.... Not only did he hold her sizes... He and his team and a beautiful birthday presentation tray with cake macarons a Starbucks and of course a beautiful glass of champagne for my self..
Ryan has such great energy and he is a man of his word.

“Bloomingdale's sure has good quality stuff...and if you find them on sale or clearance, that's an even better deal. I was at this store recently and I saw some really nice scented candles that smelled just wonderful....and at less than $13 each, they were not a bad deal for the fabulous scent I got...these usually go for about $30-35 each. The variety of household accents and fun things for the home are really good.”
“I really liked this store. I love the unique pieces they have. They carry a fashion brand called Bize and the pieces are very bold and unusual. Love the set up of the store. From casual clothing to nice evening and outing wear. With accessories (head bands, jewelry, belts and purses). The ladies are very friendly and helpful. The dressing room is spacious enough to walk around and greet the feel of the clothes and have a guest sit down. Most of the clothes I saw were made in Italy. The prices are very reasonable. For your next outing try this store first. You won't be disappointed.”

“I’m so sad that Gaps are mostly shut down! Only Aventura, Lincoln Rd and Dadeland! Online shops are the reason. But, if you purchase at the store (drive, park, walk took 1 hour on top of shopping) and need to exchange for a different size, you need to go back. Ugh. Wish I could return online. Can’t win.”

“Awesome and easy to wear. I have the high waisted shorts. I’ve used them for a few occasions and they really make a difference. What I love is that they stay up with boning and are high enough that there’s no back rolls. And even though everything is smooth I still have my shape. Plus they are not super hot or heavy so I can wear them and forget it.”

“Recently visited for the first time in a few years and had such a great experience. Everything was organized and things were easy to find, the sales aren't as great anymore but I was able to find what I needed.

“Most of the cashiers here are black, and they have been with this store for over twenty years, and most of them knows me, because of the black Friday deals,and that I used to shop there on a regulary basis. I didn't get her name, but I thanked her more than once, because she took great care of me when I brought the same items to return to hialeah, but the spanish cashier refused to accept, and the black cashier didn't asked me any question as to why the tags where not attached. I wished I would have gotten her name, but she's a tall black girl around the age of 25-30, she was so nice, and professional, and knew what to do.

They always have something for every occasion. One of the things I absolutely love is the sales staff and management because they really do offer a good advice.
