“We recently switched from an NEC phone system to the VOIP system with IPFone. I cannot express how easy IPFone made this transition. Tony Shark and his team we there to support us through each step along the way. The new system is easier to use and makes our business run more efficiently. In addition to this we had some changes that we had to make after the system was installed and Tony was only a message away and made these changes within minutes of the request. For anyone considering the switch in phone systems, i would strongly suggest utilizing IPFone for this transition.”

“I had such a great experience with Mo, a representative at Metro by T-Mobile. From the moment I walked in, he was incredibly helpful, patient, and genuinely attentive to my needs. He took his time to help me choose the exact iPhone that fit what I was looking for, clearly explaining my options and making sure I understood everything without ever rushing me or making me feel pressured. Even though the store was busy and there were other customers waiting, he still made sure I felt taken care of and gave me his full attention, which I really appreciate. What stood out even more was how knowledgeable and thoughtful he was, he even recommended an excellent nearby repair shop in case I ever needed help with another phone, which showed that he truly cares about helping customers beyond just making a sale. You can tell he puts real effort into his work and goes the extra mile to make sure people leave with the support they need. His professionalism and patience really stood out, especially while he was handling multiple customers at once yet still staying calm and helpful. I’m genuinely grateful for his help because he made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find someone who cares that much about customers, and Mo definitely made a lasting positive impression on me. I pray God blesses him for his kindness and dedication.”
