“My experience at the T-Mobile store off of 163rd Street, 12th Avenue is always pleasant. The Team of Experts are fantastic! In particular, my representative, Denzil S., is my go to person. Denzil S. is astute, patient, respectful, & extremely knowledgeable about the products that are sold along with its software. I still can't believe that he managed to find away for my contacts to be transferred from my Samsung Galaxy S5 to S25 FE. The Galaxy S5 did not have the current technology and my contacts were not saved as a backup onto my Gmail account. With employees like Denzil, T-Mobile will continue to be one of the best service providers Nationally and Internationally.”
