The people are friendly, the faces are familiar, the staff is small but quality, and as a regular, they have recognized me, greeted me, and are always so hospitable. The only issue I find is with the people who go to this location and that is to say usually issues with the ATM. The ATM is in the drive-through only, so if you are planning to use it, be wary that a car may come. P.S if someone is using the ATM please be respectful. There is only one and the office hours are different now. Don't be a Karen. Wait for your turn.”

The undersanding is that cars sometimes have issues and understanding expectations is key. If you are buying a New or Used car understand that cars sometimes have issues and that the company is better represented when an a issue comes up and how it is addressed. The business should be rated by how a problem is handeled and not about the problem itself. “What makes this bank stick out … not just with Chase banks but the other half dozen close by is the young man from Guadalajara Mexico who is or SHOULD BE the bank manager. He is always well dressed, greets everyone courteously and with a huge smile. BUT WHY HE STICKS OUT AS “numero uno” is when a line starts to begin during prime hours and if he can, he leaves his office and assists clients in an orderly and professional manner. In other words he is a problem solver . This makes this bank stick out because it wants to serve its customers in a timely manner. I have actually stood in line at other branches while managers stand there and watch. Banks have lost their service oriented culture but NOT HERE. I will even walk by other Chase banks to come here because of his sterling service. At this Chase branch I feel more like family than just a number Even if there is a little wait, you at least feel like someone cares. This young man MR FUENTES makes this place. By the way the security guard here is always pleasant and helpful.”
