“Brioni is a highly regarded name. When it comes to suits this is where I go. They are others like Attolini, Kiton, Cifonelli etc which are as good but I personally like Brioni. Guys stop wear Gucci, Louis Vuitton, Prada, Versace and list goes on. They are not suit makers. Differently there service is out of this world as you walk in. Before you even look around you are drinking champagne.”

“I had an outstanding experience at the Zegna store in Bal Harbour. The manager, Natalia, truly went above and beyond. She was able to exchange a pair of shoes I originally bought in Rome, and she also helped me understand what went wrong with them. It wasn’t a manufacturing defect, the issue was actually the wrong size, which explained everything.
On top of that, another pair I had purchased from a different reseller had the same problem, and Natalia took care of it as well, arranging the repair without hesitation.
Not only was she exceptional, the entire team at the store was polite, attentive, and genuinely committed to helping. They handled everything with care and professionalism, and it really speaks to how they keep clients coming back.
