“Brioni is a highly regarded name. When it comes to suits this is where I go. They are others like Attolini, Kiton, Cifonelli etc which are as good but I personally like Brioni. Guys stop wear Gucci, Louis Vuitton, Prada, Versace and list goes on. They are not suit makers. Differently there service is out of this world as you walk in. Before you even look around you are drinking champagne.”

I called about a specific issue I had with wanting to exchange a bag I received as a gift and Krishna, the collection specialist was most helpful and patient with me. When I got to the store she had the bags ready for me to see that I specifically mentioned I was interested in and she assisted me in choosing the best for my lifestyle. The store general manager Mariana was also helpful and patient with me suggesting her opinion to help me choose which color and bag. Both were kind, patient, knowledgeable and honest. “I came to Bal Harbour about a week ago and visited this Dolce & Gabbana location. I was instantly greeted with a kind smile by Elena. There was also one other gentleman and one other lady who were really kind, but I only spoke a bit with them. I don't recall the names, however. Elena was the one who helped me throughout my time there. I showed her one bag on my phone that I saw on the D&G website and she pulled it out for me right away. She also helped me pick out a card holder for it and was giving me advice that a contrast card holder would look better.
There were also a handful of beautiful, embellished wallets. Elena didn't hesitate to pull them ALL out for me so I can take a look at them! She made sure to let me know she doesn't recommend the embellished wallets for everyday use. I think this makes her an honest and ethical person because she isn't trying to sell me something that she knows won't work out for my needs. Most of the time while she was showing me the pieces, I was really fatigued from walking around the shops and was seated, but Elena was so patient with me. She took the time to show me any bags, wallets, belts, etc. She would bring them to where I was seated so I can take a look. She is the best!
