“Around 10:00 PM I arrived at this gas station after I had just gotten a flat tire, they were closing already but the owner decided to open the register again just so I can buy the items I needed to get my tire fix, not only that he fix it for me and took us a good amount of time to get it fix, after he was done I was so thankful for him that I wanted to give him some money just because i didn’t know how to repay him, he told me not to worry about it he only did it to help me. People like this deserved the world. I recommend you to come to this gas station when ever you need tire plug or tire repair kits, or anything else they offer. If you want a friendly treatment.”

“The staff of this Pilot Flying J in Bartow, FL are outstanding, always attentive and professional. The store is well kept, clean and smelling nice. They will always make you a fresh, soft, steaming hot pizza with a smile on their face. Amazingly, the pizza is better here than any pizza franchise store I have been to anywhere in Polk County. Better than Pizza Hut, Domino's, Papa John's, Little Caesar's, CiCi's, and Hungry Howie's, hands down. Can't recommend this location enough.”

Read the postLove's Travel Stops is rolling out a new system that turns work into a game for its restaurant employees. Picture this: Three big screens in each restaurant, tracking how fast workers greet customers, take orders, and hand out food. It's not just for show - early results say it's making service 11 seconds faster on average. "These monitors track key performance metrics in real-time, such as greet times, order processing times and the time it takes for food handoff," Love's explains. The system creates a more interactive environment, fostering friendly competition between stores.
