“Well in another location ( undisclose) they didn't have several items.I wanted a particular Bogo so when I went to Douglas they had PLENTY indore flavors to choose.The other items were available too.I have a very courteous team member helping me as well..I definitely won't go back to the other 3 Publix on my area .Only to the Douglas location.

“The costumer service, professionalism and excellence in this pharmacy is top notch. Every time I call them I am so impressed with them. I must admit I’m one of those who never write reviews but always like to read them. I had to write today because I think they deserve it. They always, always, always! Answer the phone, always nice in a good mood. It may seem silly but trying calling other local pharmacies … They call you to remind you about your refills. They deliver to your house at the date and time they say they will. Even the delivery guy is so nice… I don’t know how they do it but they must have a really good team there, because when employees are happy they show it by how they treat their costumers. Great job you guys!!!”
“Friendly employees and a well organized store. Not my regular Publix, but, even in a rush, I found condiments and desserts easily, no stress in the aisles! They were closing because of the rain deluge but the store manager was just as courteous and kind with us shopping till the last moment. He gave us local advice, too, what flooded street to avoid. What a sweet guy!”

“Shoutout to the store manager & pickup employee for going above and beyond in customer service this evening. We ordered an Instacart Pickup for the first time & we didn’t know we had to wait for it in a designated parking spot. Our order was missing a few things because the Instacart shopper couldn’t be bothered to wait for our items at the Deli! Needless to say he refunded the items that were ready to be picked up! This team was very helpful and completed our order themselves, which is why I’ll just order from Publix directly if I can! Thank you David & Team! Not sure if that was his name but whoever the managers were at around 8-9 pm! You ALL ROCK!!! Great customer service!!!!”
“Pictures speaking louder than words . Been eating at nanas ever since crunch opened and I’ve seen my endurance my stamina my strength gains go up , getting into my fitness routine. I really enjoy nanas because it takes the hustle of cooking healthy meals as I’m a very busy person with Sysco 16 years veteran , 10 years uber Lyft black lux driver on the weekends , nanas gives me the convenience to be on the go and dedicate time in the gym instead of the kitchen.”

The best prices and service, always help you choose tedious drugs and very polite staff. You can also take blood tests right here and not wait in line to see your doctor to get a referral. Publix has fresh everything. You don't have to check expiration dates on everything like you must do at Gristedes.
Publix has clean, wide aisles. All the staff are polite. It is a pleasure to go there!”
