“I'm not sure why the reviews at this CVS location are so negative because I've been coming here since I was a little kid and haven't had issues. My friend who visits the pharmacy often has no complaints; and I, who come almost once a week to get my daily restock of items such as makeup, hair dye, deoderant, snacks.. have never had an issue with the staff here. The cashier that is often dressed with nice, boho chic earrings always makes customer connection and strikes up a conversation. Rosa, or Rose, the lady with black glasses and her hair in a bun always greets me with enthusiasm and has even once ran after me with my receipt after I left the store to show me i had a lot of coupons I could use.
The problems I do have with this location is with items not always being restocked despite me visiting often and the self-checkout machines being closed. Is it frustrating? Yes. Is it a customer service issue? No. I seriously don't understand why all the reviews are talking about the poor management.
It's a hard thing to work in customer service and many people are quick to leave rash reviews on a person without understanding it isn't that person's fault...”
