“Best Publix around! The folks here go above and beyond. Where else can you get to know your pharmacist (Win) the baker (Dawn) customer service (kaylee) and produce (John), and so many more friendly faces! Every time I go I am greeted by these wonderful people. It is a joy to see these helpful folks!I will give a few examples... Thanksgiving, I was looking for Pumpkin Bread mix, and CS Kaylee called around for Libby's pumpkin mix for me, she followed and and saved me two boxes of mix... then John from produce also a sweetie, cut up an apple and we both tried it since it was a new type that I had never tried before! In the bakery, Dawn is always friendly, sharing her knowledge of baked goods, recommending breads that my husband is happy to devour with his dinner! And let's not forget all the folks in the pharmacy. Every one of them, each doing their diligence to make sure scripts are filled... always saying hello, and remembering my name. It makes a difference!All in all wonderful store! Thank you!”

“I want to call out the experience I had this morning with Misty in the deli department. I had placed an order last night for a meeting I had this morning and when I went to pick it up, I realized that because I ordered it too late, the order was scheduled to be made tomorrow. My bad, and now I was stuck with only a half hour before the meeting and no food. Misty stepped up and put together four subs quickly. She was so accommodating and even apologized, even though it wasn’t her fault. She turned an unfortunate situation to the highlight of my day. Thank you, Misty, for taking care of me. “I am so impressed with the Deli manager...I had an issue with some platters and I contacted him.. I received an email stating on my next visit to the store they would refund me. I was given a refund with no issues and when I walked into the store to talk to him about it he knew exactly what the order was and what the issue was without me giving him too much info. I have never had any issues with anything I have ordered before. This interaction is why I will continue to do all my shopping at publix.. “public Deli has been my fave, since I discovered it 7 years ago. Hays road Public is stocked, clean and has nice displays of food. I prefer Timber Oaks, Public, for their larger, more accommodative deli. None the less, Publix is Publix... Consistent quality, with consistent offerings. You will pay a higher price at Publix to Savalot, or Aldi, and Walmart. One the other hand, the BOGOs on major brand products is appealing, when available, when you happen to be there I shopped at Hays Road Publix for more than a decade, before I moved up the road, for what it's worth.”

“I absolutely love this GreenWise. It’s so conveniently located to my neighborhood and has all the staples you need. Yes it’s a little more pricey but that’s to be expected in a “organic grocery store”. There is a bar (beer/wine) you can get a drink while you shop or even sit down and relax a bit. There are different quick food options such as a pizza, sushi, salad and olive bar, even a taco bar! The customer service is wonderful here and I’ll gladly pay a little more for my grocery’s if it means that I get this experience every time!”

“LOVE THAT PLACE. It's been the go to spot for kids to hook up to go on their adventures on their bikes around town. Go get ur soda, snack, or whatever and head on out. Even while left the bicycles behind for the automobile, friends use it as a meeting place to hook up and get the night started. Staff is great...friendly as can be. I'm ALWAYS wheeling and dealing with those guys trying to save a buck and 90% of the time they entertain me and my pleas to give me a good deal if I buy x amount of items.”

“Great sales offered each week. Store is clean and staff super helpful. My cashier Kelli was very nice and the manager Judy helped me find some items. One staff member I think Don or Donald went a found me some ground beef that was on special. It's nice to go in and out and have an actual cashier. These days so many want you to check yourself out but weighing produce and sacking your own purchase feel like I am on the schedule at these places. Well don't have to worry about that at Sav a lot in Holiday. Great store and staff.”
