“Such a cutie thrift store. This is exactly what I was looking for when I went out thrifting today. Took six stops to find it which made this the perfect end to our day of thrifting. The vibes are great, selection is great, and everything is a fair price.”
“This is where Intake my donations to support a great cause. The store always has great deals and their staff is always friendly. Have been supporting it for years and will continue to do so. Keep up the great work.”
“My favorite second-hand store to both shop and donate to. The proceeds actually help people who need a job and assistance to get back on their feet. Be sure to visit the Boutique (limited hours), the ladies decorate it with different themes each month. It's stocked with barely worn, upmarket clothes and accessories. Then they wrap up your purchases in pretty bags and sometimes slip extra goodies inside, like perfume or makeup samples. Nice staff doing work that actually helps the people in need in our community.”
“The owners are so friendly and everything is so fairly priced!! I’m literally sitting in the parking lot before pulling out and I just need everyone to know how awesome this place. True thrifting is still alive and well so long as you know where to look and this place is the best! A true treasure hunt that requires an eagle eye but the owners are amazing and will literally help you search for things!”
“This place is great for dropping off unused items to recycle into the economy. Always curteous and friendly staff help make the drop off smooth and efficient. Thanks for all the work volunteers do!”

“A true thrift experience! Tons of things to hunt through, fun $1 and $2 clothing racks, unique antique items and so much more! I loved visiting this store and ended up purchasing several items! The store does have a lot of inventory so don’t let that discourage you from the gems it is filled with!”
“Donation expresses are great if you don’t have a drive up/drive-through donation area at your local Goodwill. This one is inside a rain protected overhang that allows you to donate your stuff even in driving Florida rain. People are unfailingly nice and help you unload your stuff. Then you can just whip around the end of the building, park, and go spend money in the Goodwill!”

“This is hands-down, one of the best thrift stores in all of Orlando. The Salvation Army family store on W. Colonial Dr. in Orlando Florida has incredible vintage and antique glass and dishware, vintage clothing, amazing furniture and art and the prices crush other thrift store such as Goodwill. They are so reasonable - and not only that -the staff are so kind. I received the best customer service from Donald and Rachel, Who are beyond patient with me as I always end up arriving about 20 minutes before they close because I’m coming from after work and they are the sweetest most professional people I’ve ever had the privilege of interacting with. I’m going to continue to go there and I encourage anyone who hasn’t been to check out the Salvation Army family store in Orlando Florida on W. Colonial Dr.”

“I was in the salvation army in Orlando Florida from 9/24/2021 to March 3/27/2022. I graduated on March 27th 2022. I am forever grateful and thankful for that place. I moved to Jacksonville Florida from Pennsylvania for a job and while in Jacksonville Florida last July I drank and things got bad. I went back to Pennsylvania for a few weeks and decided to come back to Florida and I took a plane to Orlando Florida and got accepted into the salvation army. Orlando salvation army is a great place. Very great staff work there and the majors are the best they care about everyone's well being. It's a family there. God picked that place out for me and I am happy he did.”
“Made some holiday donations and am happy doing my part. I'm not ashamed to say I've bought stuff here before and will again. It's a place that has great deals and options. I usually donate at least 3 times a year because let's face it, I have a problem with buying stuff I don't need lol. If you want to donate or buy make sure to support your local Goodwill.”
“A little pricey and Everytime i get a pair of shoes they always end up falling apart other than that I do love the selection of clothes and I do love the knickknacks and everything else is great this is my favorite”
“I have donated here many times and they are always pleasant and helpful. However yesterday they really went above and beyond!! My daughter accidentally set her new iPhone in one of the baskets being donated and we didn’t realize it until we got home and couldn’t find her phone. Find my iphone showed us that it was at goodwill so we drove back but they were closed for the night. After leaving a message after hours I got a call from a manager a short time later letting me know he received the message and that he reached out to that locations manager directly (Ron). Spoke with the manager again the next morning and he let me know that they had the phone waiting for us. Can’t thank them enough!! All around great experience in a stressful situation.”
“Awesome service. The staff is very nice and very helpful. Manager always quick to assist with questions and concerns about stuff you buy . Definitely a 5 star for me.”
“Of all the Goodwills I’ve visited across the U.S., this one in Lake Nona is by far the best. The store is huge, incredibly well-organized, and always full of great finds. You can really tell the staff puts in a lot of effort to keep everything organized, tidy, and easy to browse. I never leave empty-handed.”
“✨ Hidden Gem Alert! ✨
I had the BEST experience at Goodwill - Winter Park Boutique! As a true bargain hunter, I felt like I had found heaven. I scored a pair of Louboutins for just $70—an absolute steal! The store is a treasure trove for anyone who loves hunting for hidden gems. Friendly staff, amazing finds, and an atmosphere that makes thrifting feel like a luxury experience. Already planning my next visit! ?️?”
“Some of the isles were very crowded, that is because of the values you can find at Goodwill stores. I wish I could visit more stores like this one but not all of the stores are on a bus line.”
“The staff were all approachable, friendly-- even helped me get a bin to store items alongside the wall. Nobody touched my pile of stuff. It wasn't scary, we're HAPPY for the nifty treasures we found.”
“I recently visited this Goodwill location and was impressed by the significant improvement in the organization of bin rotation, thanks to Dee P. Her outstanding performance deserves recognition. Dee was consistently polite and friendly, creating a positive atmosphere. Unlike previous experiences, I observed no instances of customer yelling. Well done, Dee P.!”

“Filled to the brim with so many things, all at great prices! They also had a bunch of Chinese charms and decor, and I personally love collecting so it was a real treat! They also have Disney pins!”
“Best thrift store ever. The people treat the costumer very nice. The prices are cheaper compared with other stores. The clothes are almost new and new. Good quality and brand name. I recommend you to check out their products. Every day they get new stuff . I love to shop there . Always find good deals.”
“The store is brand new, clean, great lighting. I was able to find a few vintage pieces but most of it is new. Still a great stop and thrift. Don't miss it.”
“This store location is huge and is currently going through a renovation to make it massive. Prices are reasonable and I haven’t had an issue with any staff members.”
“I love this thrift store! One of the few places in the Orlando area that you can still find a really amazing deal. Staff are super friendly. It's small, but full of treasures”
