Goodwill - Goldenrod is a large thrift store in Orlando known for its varied selection of clothes and household items. Many customers enjoy the range of products available, including clothes and knickknacks, although some find the prices to be on the higher side. Shoppers are advised to pay attention to color tags for discounts and note that seniors can receive special discounts on certain days. However, some reviews point out challenges such as the elimination of dressing rooms, which can make returns inconvenient. Customers have also expressed concerns about the condition of some items on the racks, suggesting that damaged clothing should be removed to improve the shopping experience. Additionally, safety issues have been raised regarding the lack of secure parking for bicycles and skateboards. On the positive side, the efficient service provided by some staff members, particularly one employee noted for her work ethic, has been highlighted. Overall, while Goodwill - Goldenrod has a good selection of items, improvements in pricing, store organization, and employee training could enhance the shopping experience.
