“My computer suffered some water damage. It would still boot, but could not access any data beyond the OS. The first consultant identified it was probably a hardware issue, but could not determine the extent. He recommended SOSFix. SOSFix was able to determine the issue was limited to a damaged SSD drive. He ordered a replacement, installed it and formatted it. He worked around my schedule. Without his assistance I might have replaced my entire computer.”

“I was delighted with the service and friendliness of George and Chris. I went in with a battery problem on an old iPhone 7. While I passed the time learning about their native country, Syria, Chris found a used battery (with 82% life on it) and installed it. This only took 20 minutes.They quoted me $60. When I put the money on the counter, he said it would only be $20 because the battery was used. I tried to tip them each $20 but they wouldn't accept the money. I believe this is as friendly and honest a shop as you'll find. I highly recommend them.”

“Rudy! Rudy! Rudy! I just can't say enough. We walked in and told him our 21 year old DFC fan needed a light fixture. I figured I'd have a choice of 2 or 3. Nope. Plenty of choices. Not only got an LED fixture but a control module and new wall control. The module is Bluetoothed to the wall control so you can control it there without adding a new wire for the light. Go here for the knowledge (Rudy) and the selection.”
“Good experience so far, although I have only done the transaction to rent a recliner for a short time. The sales assistant was very helpful, and the pricing was as represented to me over the phone. The furniture is of excellent quality. I am hopeful that the return process will be equally satisfying. The “qualification” process was rather detailed & aggravating in that way, but apparently rental transactions put the lessor at risk in many ways so their many verification demands seem reasonable.”

“I've only been to this location once, a few years ago. I needed to port my number from at&t and add it into a family plan. I normally go to the location on Missouri Avenue, but since I was porting at out of state number into a new family plan, the corporate store couldn't do it and sent me to this location instead. All of my questions were answered, they told me to allow 24 hours for the port to complete. Everything was done and usable in under 2 hours. I was very pleased. I would return to this location if the need were to arise, but I live walking distance from the store I normally visit.”

“The night before I screwed up my phone with the SIM card lock. It would not take my pin. So then it was sim card locked. So I went over to the store and I don't have the name, but he was very good and helpful and polite and patient . He fixed the phone and I was on my way back home and the phone is working fine now.
