“Excellent service in the Ocala store from sales rep Levi. Only reason for 1 star off is the delivery system.
I had movers scheduled for the early morning and requested an afternoon delivery of the bed to that new location as I couldnt be at the 2 different places at one time. An email was sent to delivery dept by the store requesting after lunch delivery & the reason why. I was given a 9am-11am spot, right when my movers were scheduled at the old house. I was able to bump movers back a few hours to accommodate the now morning delivery of mattress at the new location, but the delivery of mattress didnt occur until 11:30 which was when movers arrived at the other location. Fortunately, I had a kind friend help accept the mattress at the new place while I was with movers at the old. I was coordinating a move to assisted living while the resident was gone for the day, and the inability to schedule my own mattress delivery time made for a very long day as it had to be completed in one day. You need a better delivery scheduling system.”

“The Ocala store is twice the size of the one in Lady Lake. Also, the customer service was so much better. We are building a log home in Wildwood, and I plan on spending lots of money there to decorate the inside. Lady Lake employee didn't seem to care or try to find another store that carried the highland cow print that I wanted. However, the store in Ocala made the effort to locate and had it delivered to their store 2 days later. I will be doing the rest of my shopping at the Ocala location!”

“So happy and pleased with our recently remodeled Master Bathroom. Assistance with selection of materials, workmanship of people sent to demolish, tile, plumbing, electrical, shower door installations, hanging mirrors, bathroom accessories, etc. were awesome. Office staff: Crystal, Madison, Jamie, Andrea, etc. were so helpful and communicated throughout the project. If you called them, they promptly answered your question, etc. Everyone was very knowledgeable, pleasant and cooperative in every way. Two hurricanes backed up schedules, but the room is complete and we are thrilled with selection Burns Woodworking. They were recommended by our neighbors and join them in recommending Burns Woodworking!!!!”

“Wonderful experience shopping, very helpful salesperson! For a small fee they brought four rugs, a picture and a small table to my home to try and the decorator who came was wonderful. I ended up keeping the picture and the table, and I ordered a different size of one of the rugs. If I had decided against everything, it would have only cost me the small fee, and they would have helped me pick out something else that would work better. Highly recommend them if you are looking for rugs, or decor for you home.”
