“As in the past when buying mattresses. Mattress Firm had what I needed at the right price. This is my 3rd purchase now over several years. Unfortunately the delivery is no longer as good as before, not everything was delivered on time and one piece was not delivered so I had to make a trip back to the store to pick a mattress up as I needed it for family due in that evening, 2 days after it had been scheduled to arrive. I rate the store and the sales staff as excellent, but their delivery needs work to get back to where they were 10 years ago.”

“Stopped in the get a new bed today. Javier greeted us and asked all the right questions to help us find what we hope is the perfect mattress. He was very informative and not pushy at all. Never got the salesman vibe, and even though there were multiple families there and he was the only staff member, he was able to take care of everyone. He allowed us to try each mattress and didn’t rush us at all. He explained everything in detail and also explained all the fine print to us in the contract. He gave as many different options to help decide which was best for us. We ended up with Sealy Posturepedic plus hybrid with a tempur-ergo adjustable base. So far we couldn’t be happier and we look forward to updating the review once we receive the bed and try it out for a couple months.”

I had so many questions and prices were all over the place, so I wanted to confirm accurate pricing. She nailed it! pricing and customer service was A++. So much so that I needed additional items, and she researched what I needed and provided me the best options for the best pricing. I am truly grateful! I had no worries- what a concept. Most of my experiences have been challenging until *******'s gave me the 5 star treatment. When delivery was set up it was seamless and so fast!! “Wonderful experience shopping, very helpful salesperson! For a small fee they brought four rugs, a picture and a small table to my home to try and the decorator who came was wonderful. I ended up keeping the picture and the table, and I ordered a different size of one of the rugs. If I had decided against everything, it would have only cost me the small fee, and they would have helped me pick out something else that would work better. Highly recommend them if you are looking for rugs, or decor for you home.”

“We just had our wall bed / desk system installed last week. We are extremely happy with the results and the process leading up to the installation. By going to the store we were able to see styles, colors and design ideas for our room. While we there we met Sondra Knight, the designer of our system. We selected a few samples so she could bring them to our house to see how the colors fit with our existing paint and flooring. We also sent her the wall measurements and described how we wanted the area setup. Sondra sent us diagrams based on the description we provided. It was a great process because we could ask for tweaks, she would make them and send it back to us to review. By the time Sondra arrived for the in-house appointment and final measurement, we already had the design complete. The installation date/time was determined at that time, too, so we had sufficient notice for clearing out the room and were able to pick open dates on our calendar. The installation went great. The installers were careful while they were in our house. From start to finish, Wall Beds Plus was great to work with.Services: Cabinet design”

They worked with us, no hassle and never made us feel like we were inconveniencing them. They were careful of walls and furnishings and went above and beyond to accommodate our request for special assistance. “The Ocala store is twice the size of the one in Lady Lake. Also, the customer service was so much better. We are building a log home in Wildwood, and I plan on spending lots of money there to decorate the inside. Lady Lake employee didn't seem to care or try to find another store that carried the highland cow print that I wanted. However, the store in Ocala made the effort to locate and had it delivered to their store 2 days later. I will be doing the rest of my shopping at the Ocala location!”
