“June 2026~Nancy McInerney Went to the Bank near 200, left my lights on and my battery went dead. Called Roadside Service & Towing. Kyle was busy but came within an hour. Got my car started and I followed him to Ace Auto store for a new Battery. Made me feel like family. Wonderful service. The year before my other cars battery went completely dead, as I had been away and did not use it for a while. Called Roadside and Brian came to the rescue. A new battery but my auto radio would not start without a code entry which was nowhere to be found. Brian went above and beyond calling dealers & checking online for remedies. Finally, hit the jackpot and got the magic number. What persistence to get the job solved. I now keep their number with me all the time. Maybe I should get it tattooed. They are the best.”

“Robert’s are amazing. We were nervous as this was our first time having our 43 ft diesel pusher towed. They were very professional in connecting our coach to their tow vehicle and delivering to repair facility. Most notable was their pointing out a generator coolant leak and air bag concern that may have gone unnoticed until failure. 5 stars for sure!”

“This place is amazing!
I went in with a window that got stuck. I actually had 3 broken windows but I only went there for one as one got stuck down.
They gave me an estimate and the worst case scenario of having to replace the motor. Which I felt I had no choice to get it done as you can’t keep a window down in Florida.
So thinking I’m leaving there with one fixed window and a bill that was unexpected, we waited while they worked on our truck.
Once finished I expected to hand over the credit card and be on our way.
The gentlemen came into the waiting room and sat down next to me and gave me an update.
He said I have good news and good news..
Not only did they find out what was wrong and fix all 3 broken windows, they did it $200 less than what I was originally quoted.
I’m a single mom who also takes care for my father! Life is hard! What this company did for me today was more than just helpful, they actually made a huge difference in my life! I gave the gentleman a hug and left there with happy tears in my eyes!

“I had towed my jeep wrangler for several years. Getting transfer case out of neutral was a nightmare. Manual was wrong and other method suggested by dealer was impossible for me.
We bought new jeep and took to Hitching Post to have brake system installed. When we returned they had full instructions typed out. Surprise. No difficulty now. Their help and expertise turned a nightmare into a sweet dream. Highly recommend. Wish I could give them a ten rating. Fantastic.”

“I HAVE BEEN USING AUTO TECH2 FOR 3 YEARS SINCE I MOVED TO OCALA . MY NEIGHBOR TOLD ME TO GIVE THEM A TRY.
I WAS IN 4/27/2026. THEY WAS VERY BUSY . THEY SAID THEY WOULD WORK ME IN AND ASK ME TO DROP OFF THE VEHICLE . WHICH I GLADLY DID BECAUSE EVERYONE IS GOING TO WAIT FOR SERVICE .BUT THE SMART WAITERS WAIT AT HOME! . HAD A COOLANT SMELL . THEY QUOTED ME A NEW WATER PUMP AND THERMOSTAT. “Carter's came to my sister's rescue when Ace's Towing screwed up. She had scheduled through GEICO to have Ace's Towing come out. She didn't know about their terrible reviews. She gets a phone call from Ace's at 6:00 a.m. stating that their truck broke down. She had to call GEICO back and schedule someone else. In the meantime, GEICO said that Ace's Towing stated that they came out and couldn't find her. BS. She was there with the vehicle the whole time. Apparently this is Ace's scam that they pull because they still get paid by GEICO. GEICO put the information back in the system and Carter's came out immediately, very early in the morning on a week day. They were professional, polite, went the extra mile to take care of her precious vehicle that none of us in the family are allowed to drive (LOL). For my sister not to go into full blown panic mode of her vehicle being towed says a lot. They made her feel comfortable. Tyler put her mind at ease and followed up with a nice message to her that everything arrived at the repair shop safe and sound. I don't know if this is a family owned business or not, but regardless they certainly treat you like you are their top number one customer. Thanks Carter's.”
