“Brandon lakes Animal Hospital support team specifically Dr Hair is amazing. I have a large dog (Husky Siberian) that looks incredibly intimidating but is a sweet guy. She embraces him and he knows she is a friend. He suffers from seizures and Dr Hair understands my need not to introduce medication if not necessary. She looks for natural ways to support him and takes the time to explain my options. She is also open to suggestions and if she unsure how a natural remedy may work with his condition she will research and send me her findings with supporting documentation so I’m also able to investigate. She feels like family and we are blessed to have her look after our boy! Over all the facility is clean and the other staff member of nice and professional. Great veteran faculty in our riverview area.”

“This was our first visit to this facility and we couldn’t be happier! Our standard poodle,Sydney, had to have kidney stones removed from her bladder. The staff were very friendly and you could tell that they really care about animals. Our baby was taken very good care of and we honestly appreciate everything that they did.”

“There’s not many places that feel like home after one visit but I think this place has that effect. Pablo upfront was easy to work with and communicated everything well. Staff seemed to all really enjoy their work which is rare these days. Once my dog and I went to the back to my surprise Pablo’s brother is actually the veterinarian. Wonderful family business.

“Dr Sharon and everyone at Noah’s Ark are wonderful. Kind and easy, they treat you like family. I brought my baby dog in because she was acting unusual. They didn’t push a bunch of tests on me. Did their best to figure out what was wrong, sent me home with some meds, and check on me and Luna the next day. It ended up not being anything serious thankfully. So glad we have the team at Noah’s Ark to depend on!”

“We see Dr. Wade typically and have also seen Dr. Fritz. Amazing vet practice! They are so good at explaining everything and keeping my babies comfortable.
Also, I will never forget how gentle and respectful Dr. Wade was when we had to put my best friend down. The entire staff made a very tough situation as gentle as it could be, and even sent a lovely card signed personally by everyone. I will never forget how kindly they treated us.
Additionally, they have a great puppy package. They do wonderful getting us scheduled quickly and no extensive wait time, they’re pretty prompt about appointment times.

“I have never been to a vet before that told me exactly how to care for my breed of dog. The veterinarian told me exactly how to care for her long ears and skin. He was very honest and caring in discussing the details of our visit. He patiently answered my questions even if I had to ask twice to clarify. The vet tech also patiently answered my repeat questions, and was very thorough as well as so kind to my baby dog. I can tell they were very gentle and loving with her as they said she took the vaccines and blood work very well and was a very good dog. I am so blessed to have found your clinic. “We have been going to Santa Cruz Animal Hospital for several years now. We love Dr. Stanton and she has given all our babies great care and still does! We first met her and the staff at the hospital when our regular vet was out of town and our 10 yr old girl Sophie (yellow lab / german shepherd mix) stated acting funny at home and became very very bloated. We called several places and Santa Cruz was the only vet clinic who answered and told us to come in. The end result was Sophie's abdomen was twisted and Dr. Stanton did emergency surgery, which saved Sophie's life. We ended up having Sophie for two more years before we lost her to cancer. We credit Dr. Stanton and the staff for this extra years. Since that time our vet retired and we have remained with Dr. Stanton and Santa Cruz. She has seen us through the loss of Sophie, the additions of Jackson, Stella, Emily and now Virgil (all rescues)! She also helped us to say goodbye to Sophie, Jackson and Stella when their time came. I can say she and the staff were compassionate, supportive and understanding during those times. Being honest, I will say they are more expensive than some others, but the care is exceptional. They have always found a way to fit us in when we had a concern or worry and Doc took the time to speak with us by phone when necessary. You can't go wrong with the doctors here.”
“Unbelievable vet!!! Dr. Katie is so sweet and down to Earth, Dr. Berger we had used on Dutch virtual service was amazing(that's how we found out about the practice) and Dr. Ferguson whom we had for a virtual visit for our girl Emmy was super sweet as well! Very convenient with tele health appointments and very reasonably priced. Only concern was their in house pharmacy prices were very expensive when compared to a regular human pharmacy, but all vets offices are that way. If you can get a written script and take it to Walgreens or CVS you'll definitely save $, but the convenience of having onsite meds especially if it's animal specific is very helpful.
Overall a wonderful practice, very caring and understanding, will absolutely continue to bring our big lovey for anything she needs going forward!!!”

“The office was clean. The employees are happy and friendly. The vet was good. She got on the floor with my 2 fur babies. They were great with options of services and cost, loved this. The tech was great with them. My only complaint is the the vet left it to the tech to give my babies their shots. We left happy until it was not ok. They cried out in pain if I touched their bottoms, went to help then into bed or up the ramp to the sofa. They were limping and in a lot of pain. They are finally getting better today, but it was a scary weekend with my babies not able to walk and run and being in pain. They did not want to eat or be loved on. They cried. This broke my heart. This is the first time we have experienced this. Sad to say that I will no longer bring them back. But they are my priority. Thank you.”
