“Dr. Bajc and Maria were absolutely wonderful. My son's leopard gecko was having an issue and I called 7 vet offices and not one would give me the time of day on a Friday. I get it but Dr. Bajc had me send her a picture of the issue to see if its something that needed to be addressed right now or could wait until Monday. Thankfully it was something that could wait. She got me an early appointment. I went in and was seen fast. He had an impaction and she was able to handle it right then. She took great care of him and had a lot of knowledge about him. She gave me some great pointers. I have found the office I will be going to for all my reptiles needs. Super impressed!!!”

“Apparently they don't know how the Hillsborough County pet tagging process works. They let me leave without having proper documentation for the county to get the rabies tag. I was trying to save them the work but now they've wasted my time as I have to go back to get the proper paperwork. Carol the fixture of the organization was able to rectify this on the day she was in”

“Took my doggie in after several days of diarrhea 😩, my doggie, not me 🤭 and she was being very protective of me and snappy with the staff. Dr. D was so kind and sat on the floor and was very patient with her. They were very good explaining all they were going to do and how it would help her which made me feel better for her. Even the next day I received a phone call to see how she was doing. ❤ The last time I was here I had to unfortunately put my dog of 19 years down and without going in to detail, they were truly AMAZING through the entire process. 100+ recommend this place to anyone that needs tender care for the precious pet!”
