Arnell was great, loves his job, very helpful, very attentive, 2nd visit was horrible, the young guy was upset I was even there asking to reset a pin, when AT&T asked me to go in the store to reset it. It was a 5 second thing and he was really aggravated to do it. Kinda petty tbh

Sales rep named Christopher was very helpful and professional. Explained everything clearly and answered all my questions. Also valued my time and resolved my visit quickly, but I didn't feel rushed.

It's was the best time of all the stores I have visited, the guy there explain everything perfectly, help me immediately and fast, thanks for that after many times of visiting stores and solve anything, finally find someone that do his job properly
