“Excellent service. I didn't catch his name, but he played a few tricks on me with a cockroach, all in fun, but he got me. I loved it. I broke my screen, and the replacement was perfect.I use a Samsung Galaxy Note 20. The screen was in stock at the store and at a great price of $320. That's impressive, considering I paid $1300 MSRP. I retained every one of my apps, passwords, prints, etc. New Samsung battery and housing with many of the new internals, etc. Don't get put off by the Chrome housing because you will be covering it up anyway with a case of your liking. The touch screen replacement is perfect from them and very responsive and accurate.5/5 if you break your phone and need help. While I was in the store, I saw iPhone repair, computer, and console repair services. Thank you for helping me with same day service.”

“Excellent serviceWhen your $1,400 phone screen cracks... you become desperate. Sadly I didn't take the time to ask their names but the lady at the first location took my info down and told me the screen for my S23 Ultra will be in tomorrow at their near by location and I will recieve a text as to when to bring phone. I was surprised when I was told they like to do a proper job and replace the side bezels as well. My phone had dings on the sides and a smash at the bottom. They are all gone as everything is BRAND NEW!!! The phone was in and out in 2 hours.”

“I want to trade in a phone for a $1000 credit on the bill that's paid over the entire length of the contract monthly; they don't just credit you $1000 when you turn in a paid-off phone--my personal opinion, you'll probably be better off Selling it on the open market versus trading in. I was not too fond of the phone I ordered, so I wanted to switch it for a new iPhone, and that thousand dollars became 800 because the program changed. You have to be very careful dealing with cell phone providers as they're constantly Making changes. When you think you reach the goal line, they move the lines! I've had the most significant providers out there, and AT&T has, without a doubt, the best customer service out of all the providers. This is a corporate-owned store, and I prefer to go to corporate versus non-corporate stores; the four-star is strictly on the customer service of the staff in the store. Be careful when you sign something; make sure it's very clear and never assume.”

“AJ at T Mobile on Military Trail in BOCA is simply the best! He has patience, knowledge and he's a true professional. If you need help with an issue, AJ will figure it out. The 2 locations near me are either closed or under renovation. I'm actually thankful that I had to travel East to resolve an issue. “Having an Apple Phone and needing a new case protector of screen protector, I thought the most logical place to go was The Apple Store. To my surprise and disappointment, the Apple Store was no longer stocking either for my model, an Xs Max. Immediately outside the store was a kiosk selling all sorts of accessories for numerous brands of mobile phones. While I was looking for a black or gray phone case, which they did not have, I settled for a blue one. The rep, whose name was Chilli, expertly removed my damaged screen protector, cleaned the screen, and placed a tempered glass protector. He did the same for the case protector. I was done in less than 5 minutes, mission accomplished. Highly recommend this as an alternative to Apple Store for your Apple compatible accessories.”

“Another location told me I had to go to a corporate store to get a “credit check” that was a lie, but rep Zafer told me not to worry and got me a new iPhone 14 in less then 15min, he was very professional and made the experience very easy. He also did this when the store only had 20min left till closing because I was told to drive 20min out of my way he did everything he could to help me.
