“Just moved to the area and needed a new battery for my iPhone. I googled phone repair near me and got lucky as I found this awesome little store. Jace was super helpful and knowledgeable. It was done in thirty minutes and the repair cost was fair. The store also sells refurbished laptops, cell phones, and has a sweet collection of old video game consoles including the first ever Nintendo Game Boy which was pretty neat to see. I didn't want to go into the apple store so it was super convenient. I would recommend Fixit Phone Repair for any electronic repair services.”

Not only did he walk them through the entire process, but he also stayed on the phone with them until everything was fully working and set up correctly.
Marcus was incredibly patient, professional, and willing to answer every single question they had without rushing them or making anything feel complicated. That level of care and dedication is rare these days, and it made a stressful process so much easier for them.
