“I want to give a huge shoutout to Marcus at Verizon for his outstanding customer service. He went above and beyond to help my parents all the way in Tampa get their new phones set up. Not only did he walk them through the entire process, but he also stayed on the phone with them until everything was fully working and set up correctly. Marcus was incredibly patient, professional, and willing to answer every single question they had without rushing them or making anything feel complicated. That level of care and dedication is rare these days, and it made a stressful process so much easier for them. We truly appreciate the time and effort he put in. Verizon is lucky to have someone like him on their team.”

“I stopped into TECHY in Boca Raton. The gentleman that was working Lorenzo was phenomenal! I am so bad with my phone in electronics. I’m 63. I struggle when things go wrong. I cannot fix things when they go wrong! This guy grabbed my phone did some magic and Fixed it!! I was leaving for a trip. Everything is on my phone. It’s a nightmare. Lorenzo Knows his stuff! If I have any other technology issues I’m going right to Techy!!”
