“Christian and the rest of the staff here are top notch! Super friendly, knowledgeable and always wiling to help. I bought my mountain bike last year and a few weeks later I brought my bike into the shop for having minor issues with the shifting (which I likely caused myself). Christian tinkered with it for me, explained what happened and refused to accept my money for his time! Happy to call this my local bike shop and glad I chose Trek!”

“Ethan and John are the best! I needed a favor for shipping my Rowbike up to Wisconsin and they came through with a smile. I’m certain that genuine service extends to everything they service and sell! 6 stars!”

“My experience with Mario and Jeff at the Boca Raton store was great. They were knowledgeable and very easy to work with. This is the second time that I purchased a high end bike at this location”

“Stopped here on a ride while visiting a friend in the area. Had been struggling with fitment issues with a new road bike. They quickly diagnosed the issue, made necessary adjustments and had me on my way quickly feeling like a long time customer. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff and very high quality inventory of bikes & accessories. Definitely recommend.”

“We got there after a bad experience at a different bike shop, owner Steve was great help, prices totally reasonable and he even had someone deliver the bikes (instead of dealing with getting it into the car and moving car seats etc) - very good experience - highly recommend!”
