Before leaving, I noticed there were several scratches on the vehicle that had not been marked on the inspection paperwork. I asked Hanna to come outside with me so we could inspect the vehicle together. She was very accommodating and came out to take a look. She explained that scratches larger than a dollar bill would be documented, but I wanted to make sure I would not be held responsible for any pre-existing damage, so I asked her to document the scratches. She listened to my concerns and marked them on the paperwork. Hanna also suggested that I take photos of the vehicle, and even recommended that I take a video as additional documentation, which I really appreciated.
